Teavaro Orange France

What earlier recognition is worth in retention

Teavaro recognises your customers in real time, so the systems you already run reach more of your base. This model sizes what that is worth in retention. Every assumption is an input you can change, the arithmetic is shown in full, and a built-in check tells you when the result stops being credible.

Where the number comes from

Each step narrows the one above it. The bars are drawn to scale.

The arithmetic, in full

Five multiplications. No modelling, no curve fitting, nothing hidden.

StepCalculationResult

The credibility check divides customers retained by customers leaving. That ratio is the relative improvement in churn the inputs imply. Teavaro's own guidance for a mature operator is a low single-digit relative improvement, so anything materially above that is a signal that an input is too generous - most often the save rate.

What sits behind the number

Why the retained revenue above is reachable at all.

Infrastructure, not another tool

We do one thing: recognise the same person across web, app and network, in real time. That recognition sits beneath the systems you already run rather than competing with them for a place in the stack.

It makes the stack you have reach further

Customer value management, paid media and customer care can only act on whoever they can identify. Widening that pool widens what every one of them can do, using the tools you have already bought and built.

Utiq is built on this platform

Utiq, the European telco identity venture backed by Orange, Deutsche Telekom, Telefónica and Vodafone, runs on Teavaro's platform. We have been building identity for European operators for over ten years.

Nothing is replaced. Your own identifier stays the leading ID. Teavaro adds ways to resolve it - network and click identification reach the visitors who never sign in - and every downstream system keeps working exactly as it does today. There is no second competing ID to reconcile, and no migration.
